About

A small studio for useful product beginnings.

GARZA exists for the stage before a product has a full team, full system, or full certainty. The point is to make the idea concrete enough to test, sell, and improve.

GARZA

GARZA is the product studio I run from Vancouver for founders who need the first useful version of a product. The work is intentionally direct: understand the idea, design the core experience, build the software, and put it somewhere real people can use it.

Overview

The studio works best at the early stage where a product is still flexible, but the decision is serious. I help shape the product promise, reduce the scope to the part that matters, and build a credible version that can support customer conversations, sales, fundraising, or the next engineering phase.

Method

Strategy, design, engineering, and launch stay close together. That means fewer handoffs, clearer tradeoffs, and a product surface that is judged by what it helps you learn, not by how much process surrounded it.

Leadership

GARZA is led by Eduardo Garza, a Vancouver-based founder and software engineer. He has built across consumer marketplaces, education, media, creative tools, and hardware-adjacent product concepts, with a bias toward practical execution over presentation.

Promise

Clear thinking. Careful execution. Real signal.

A useful first version should reduce uncertainty. These are the standards that keep the work grounded.

Clarity

Every build starts with a clear user, workflow, and decision. The product should make the next move easier to see.

Craft

The first version still needs taste, restraint, and functional detail. Rough does not have to mean careless.

Ownership

Product thinking, interface work, implementation, and deployment stay connected from start to finish.

Build the useful version first.

The best early product work creates momentum because it gives customers, investors, and the founder something real to respond to.
